INSPRO Organized the Chinese Insect Industry Delegation to Malaysia to Attend the Annual Asian Food and Feed Insects Conference

From June 18 to 20, 2025, the Gold Sponsor of the Asian Food and Feed Insect Association (AFFIA), INSPRO Science, and Hu Jiandang, Secretary General of the Insect Protein Industry Branch of the China Chamber of Commerce of Food, Native Produce and Animal Products, led a delegation to Malaysia to attend the annual Asian Food and Feed Insect Conference jointly organized by AFFIA and the University of Malaya.

Elvis Yu, Vice Chairman of the Asian Food and Feed Insect Association (AFFIA), Vice President of China Insect Protein Industry Association, Vice Chairman of the National Black Soldier Fly Industry Alliance, and the founder of INSPRO Science, delivered a keynote speech and participated in a special seminar.

During the conference, INSPRO Science, as a co-organizer, led the delegation on a field trip to Bioloop Insects, a leading Malaysian company in black soldier fly farming. The company innovatively uses palm oil residue as a feedstock for large-scale black soldier fly farming, and its technological model provides an important reference for the industry.
