The China Feed Industry Association's 2025 Group Standard Project Approval Meeting, in which INSPRO Participated, was Held in Beijing

On January 6th, the China Feed Industry Association held a grand meeting in Beijing to approve the first batch of group standards for 2025. This meeting was of great significance and garnered widespread attention from both within and outside the industry.

 

The event was star-studded. Mr. Wang Zongli, Executive Vice President and Secretary-General of the China Feed Industry Association and former Director of the National Animal Husbandry Station, attended the meeting and delivered a insightful speech, charting the course for industry development. The presence of Qiao Shiyan, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and Professor at China Agricultural University, further enhanced the event's academic richness. 

 

The meeting conducted a strict review of five group standards, including the "Technical Regulations for the Production of Black Soldier Fly Larvae for Feed", which were applied for by multiple organizations including COFCO Nutrition and Health Research Institute, Huazhong Agricultural University, Vanke Public Welfare Foundation, Asian Insect Food and Feed Association, and INSPRO SCIENCE LTD.

 

The approval of the group standards marks a significant milestone, ushering in a new chapter in industry standardization

At the meeting, the expert group conducted an in-depth review of the various standards with rigorous professional insight and scholarly approach. After multiple rounds of careful deliberation, they unanimously approved the projects. The experts at the meeting highly praised these standards, unanimously believing that they precisely address the current pain points of the industry and focus on the practical application of insect protein feed. They are the key to unlocking the path to standardized and large-scale development of the black soldier fly feed industry.
